FIBO INNOVATION AWARD 2013

Many exhibitors use the opportunity to present their new products to an international audience. The jury, which is coordinated by TÜV Rheinland, has been spoilt for choice for almost 14 years now from the growing number of applying products.

Products and concepts which represent innovative development for the entire industry and which have not been on the market for longer than a maximum of a year will again be admitted in 2013.

 

From now on until the 4th of February 2013, FIBO exhibitors have the opportunity to apply for the FIBO INNOVATION AWARD 2013. The application form and further details can be found in the Online Servicetool.

The nominated products will then be exhibited during FIBO on the special INNOVATION FORUM in hall 9. Expected on the second exhibition day the jury will choose the winners from the nominated products who will be rewarded with the FIBO INNOVATION AWARD as well as the golden seal on the INNOVATION FORUM.

 

The Jury

The jury is composed of the following persons: Prof. Dr. Ingo Froböse (DSHS Cologne, academic manager of IQPR GmbH), Matthias Lompa (TÜV Rheinland), Heike Schönegge (FIT FOR FUN), Elmar Trunz-Carlisi (Founder of the IPN in Cologne) and Paul Eigenmann (Co-founder of QUALITOP, DIN*-standardization committee for fitness studios).

 

The winners of the INNOVATION AWARD 2012:

- Itensic (Letow GmbH)* with the product "intensic" in the category Trainings Equipment

 

- LMT Deutschland GmbH* with the product "CYBEX BRAVO PRESS AND PULL WITH PROGRESSIVE STABILIZATION" in the category Health Promotion

 

- milon industries GmbH* with the product "milcanic vision" in the category Design
