Here you can find the necessary times and information to coordinate the assembly and dismantling of your booth at FIBO:

Assembly

Friday, April 13th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 14th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday, April 15th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Monday, April 16th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Tuesday, April 17th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 12 a.m. (midnight)
Wednesday, April 18th, 2012, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

 

After the official end of assembly on Wednesday, April 18th, 2012, it is only allowed to perform final construction within the area of your own booth between 4.00 p.m. and 9 p.m. The passages have to be cleared at this time. All vehicles must leave the halls until 4 p.m.

 

At FIBO 2012 there is a possibility of early stand set up prior to the official start of set up work on Wednesday, 11 April, 2012 and Thursday, 12 April, 2012 between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Therefore, please use the form Early stand set up in our online service center within the area required approvals.

Dismantling

Sunday, April 22nd, 2012, 6.30 p.m. - midnight
Monday, April 23rd, 2012, 0 a.m. - midnight
Tuesday, April 24th, 2012, 7.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
